Serves 8
Ingredients:
Green or red leaf lettuce
Grape tomatoes
Slivered almonds (toasted)
Dressing:
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T red wine vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Mix dressing ingredients in blender.
Toss with salad
Sprinkle parmasean cheese on top.
