Mimi (Carolyn) is our mom. She is called Mimi by her grandkids. She is a wife, mother of five, two son-in-laws, and a dog names Max. She is a wonderful grandmother, and cook. She's collected some great recipes over the years, many passed down to her, and is now sharing them with us.
