Ingredients:
2 c. (1 lb) tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. white onion, diced
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 1/2 Tbsp minced jalapeno
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Serve chilled.
